胃肠道间质瘤组织起源的研究进展

摘要

胃肠道间质瘤是胃肠道最常见的间叶组织源性肿瘤.近年来,胃肠道间质瘤的诊断和治疗水平有了长足的进步,尤其是伊马替尼的成功应用使胃道肠间质瘤成为肿瘤分子靶向治疗的典范.但是目前胃肠道间质瘤的组织起源仍不明确,其发生发展机制仍有待进一步研究.本文就胃肠道间质瘤组织起源的研究进展作一综述.%Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Major advances in their diagnosis and therapy have recently been made, and the use of Imatinib has made this tumor a paradigm of molecularly targeted therapy in solid tumors. However, the genesis of GIST is still unclear, and the mechanisms of their generation and proliferation still need further study. In this article, we reviewed the recent advancement of the genesis of GIST.
