油莎豆油制备生物柴油的研究

         

摘要

以油莎豆油为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂,通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油.通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了催化剂用量、醇油摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对生物柴油转化率的影响.结果表明,酯交换反应的最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为油莎豆油质量的0.5%,醇油摩尔比为6∶1,反应温度50℃,反应时间4.5h.在最佳反应条件下,生物柴油转化率达94.5%.%Biodiesel was produced from chufa oil by esterification process using tetramethylammonium hydroxide as catalyst in the presence of methanol. The single factor tests and orthogonal tests were adopted to study the effects of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of methanol to chufa oil, reaction temperature and reaction time on the ratio of biodiesel conversion. The results indicated that the optimal conditions for producing biodiesel were as follows: catalyst dosage 0. 5% ,molar ratio of methanol to oil 6-1,reaction temperature 501, reaction time 4.5 h. Under the optimal conditions, the ratio of biodiesel conversion reached 94.5%.
