“三段、双岗、四维度”师范生教育实践一体化新模式的实践研究

基于“以人为本、实践取向、终身学习”的新课程理念，对国内外教育实践进行了分析，设计了“三段、双岗、四维度”师范生教育实践一体化新模式，并介绍了该模式内涵及实施的保障措施。%Based on the"people-centered, practice-oriented, life-long learning"concept of the new curriculum, the article provides an analysis of educational practice at home and abroad, designed the"three-section, double post, four-dimensional"integrated the new mode of education practice of normal university students and introduced the model content and implementation of the safeguards.
