现代学徒制在师资队伍建设中的研究与实践--以沙洲职业工学院青年教师双导师培养模式为例

摘要

高职院校的大多数青年教师直接来自于大学的硕士和博士研究生，有较深的理论功底，但教学能力和动手操作能力相对较弱，这与高职院校培养高技能人才的目标对教师的“双师型”要求有一定差距。采用“学院+企业”双导师教师培养方案，为培养青年教师发挥了积极作用，加快了青年教师成长为成熟教师的进程。%Most of young teachers are directly from master and doctoral candidate of the University higher vocational colleges ,had a deeper theoretical knowledge ,But teaching ability and hands-on ability are relatively weak. There is a gap of training highly skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges. To adopt of training program "College + enterprise" Double tutor ,it play a positive role for cultivating young teachers ,and speed up the process about young teachers growing into mature teachers.
