海军士官新装备教学保障条件建设研究

摘要

As the main channel for the training of new equipment talents,the construction level of teaching guarantee conditions in non-commissioned institutions directly determines the quality of personnel training.On the basis of deeply analyzing the characteristics of the requirement of the teaching support for the new equipment of the naval sergeant,this paper puts forward the general idea and the construction goal of the teaching support condition for the new equipment of the naval officer,and puts forward the construction strategy of the key content.%士官院校作为新装备人才培养的主要渠道,其教学保障条件建设水平直接决定着人才培养的质量.在深入分析海军士官新装备教学保障需求特征的基础上,提出了海军士官新装备教学保障条件建设总体思路和建设目标,并提出了重点内容建设策略.
