The present invention relates to a ammunition lift for reequipping of a weapons tower (10) located between a lower, with a receiving position and a higher right-hand position depot, - which is movable to and from ammunition receptacle (2), wherein the ammunition on the receiving means (2) in the deposit position a closure of the weapons tower (10) forms. The present invention also relates to a weapons tower with an ammunition lift (1) for reequipping of the weapons tower (10), which a between a lower receiving position and a higher lying depot position - and is movable ammunition receptacle (2), the ammunition on the receiving means (2) in the deposit position a closure of the weapons tower (10) forms. A further object of the invention forms a method for reequipping of a weapons tower with such an ammunition lift.
