信息化环境下军队院校新装备教学保障资源建设问题研究

摘要

The construction of new equipment teaching support resources is an important part of improving teaching ability.In the information environment,the use of modern information technology for teaching and learning resources for the construction of research,to improve the teaching ability,to cultivate high quality has a positive role in promoting.The information from the environment to strengthen new equipment to ensure the teaching resources construction of the facilities to the,construction efficiency and resource sharing difficult "problem analysis and discusses the strengthening resources construction is the main method of security in the network environment information,and tightly around the" construction time and construction quality,construction of hardware and software,main battle equipment and equipment support, short-term goals and long-term planning "four key problems are revolved the corresponding countermeasures, and puts forward some suggestions about the construction of the" integration of marshalling, secondary development, top-level design.%新装备教学保障资源建设是提高教学能力的重要组成部分。在信息化环境下，利用现代信息技术对教学保障资源建设问题进行研究，对于提高教学能力，培养高素质具有积极促进作用。文中从信息化环境加强新装备教学保障资源建设“设施配套难、建设效益难和资源共享难”三个方面的问题分析入手，探讨了在信息网络环境中加强保障资源建设的主要方法，并紧紧围绕着围绕“建设时间和建设质量、硬件建设和软件建设、主战装备和保障装备、短期目标和长期规划”四个关键问题给出了相应对策，并提出了“编组整合、二次开发、顶层设计”的建设建议。
