瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考对脑梗死患者血脂、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和hs-CRP的影响

         

摘要

Objective To discuss effect of rosuvastatin combined with probucol on carotid atherosclerotic plaque for infarction. Methods Selected 60 cases with infarction were randomly divided into joint group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Joint group was treated with rosuvastatin and probucol, and control group was treated with rosuvastatin. IMT, plaque acoustic densitometry of two groups were compared, and lipid and hs-CRP levels were detected before and after treatment. Results TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP of two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, while HDL-C was higher (P<0.01). After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP of joint group were lower than control group, and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). IMT of two groups after treatment were lower than that in the before treatment (P<0.01) and IMT of joint group was lower than that in the control group; Low density acoustic echo plaques of two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment (P<0.01); High densi ty acoustic echo plaques of joint group after treatment was higher than before treatment(P<0.01) while the control group was not obvi-ously; After treatment, acoustic echo plaques of jiont group were higher than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ro-suvastatin associated with probucol for infarction patients can significantly improve blood lipid levels, stabilize carotid atherosclerotic plaque, and inhibit inflammation effect.%目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考对脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法选择脑梗死患者60例为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组各30例。联合组采用瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗,对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者颈动脉内膜厚度、斑块声学密度,检测两组患者治疗前后血脂、hs-CRP水平。结果两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP水平较治疗前均显著下降,而HDL-C水平显著升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,联合组血脂水平改善程度、hs-CRP下降程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后颈动脉IMT厚度较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01),联合组IMT厚度显著低于对照组;治疗后两组低回声斑块声学密度显著升高(P<0.01);治疗后联合组高回声斑块声学密度显著升高(P<0.01),而对照组变化不明显;治疗后,联合组低回声斑块、高回声斑块声学密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死患者给予瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗,能够显著改善血脂水平,稳定颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,抑制炎症反应。
