后腹腔镜下保留肾单位的肾部分切除术在治疗肾脏肿瘤中的临床应用价值

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical value of partial nephrectomy with nephronsparing under retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of renal tumors. Methods Sixty cases of patients with renal cell carcinoma in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were reviewed, among which the 34 cases treated with partial nephrectomy with nephron sparing under retroperitoneal laparoscopy were set as the study group,and the other 26 cases treated with tra-ditional surgery of open renal resection were set as the control group. Results The duration of operation time, vascular occlusion ofrenal pedicle and postoperative hospital stays as well as other aspects of patients in the study group and the control group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Partial nephrectomy with nephron sparing under retroperitoneal laparoscopy is of good effect for patients with kidney tumors.%目的：分析后腹腔镜下保留肾单位的肾部分切除术在治疗肾脏肿瘤中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2014年1月间60例肾癌患者的临床资料，将其中34例采用后腹腔镜下保留肾单位的肾部分切除术治疗的患者作为研究组，另26例采用传统开放性肾部分切除术的患者作为对照组。结果研究组和对照组患者在手术时间、肾蒂血管阻断时间和术后住院天数方面比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾脏肿瘤患者采用后腹腔镜下保留肾单位的肾部分切除术进行治疗具有良好的效果。
