摘要

目的 分析硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者生长分化因子15(GDF-15)及炎症因子水平的影响.方法 选取2017年8月至2018年8月河北省保定市第二医院收治的老年冠心病患者200例为研究对象.依据病情治疗需要分为对照组(90例)和观察组(110例).对照组在常规治疗基础上口服硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服瑞舒伐他汀治疗.分析2组研究对象治疗后心功能的改善及血清中GDF-15和炎症因子水平变化.结果 治疗后2组患者左心室射血分数明显升高,且观察组高于对照组[(70±10)%比(60±10)%],而室壁运动积分指数明显降低,且观察组低于对照组[(1.05±0.30)比(1.32±0.36)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).治疗后2组患者血清中纤维蛋白原、GDF-15、高敏C反应蛋白及白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素10水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀可有效改善老年冠心病患者心功能,且能明显降低血清GDF-15及炎症因子水平.%Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with rosuvastatin on growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15) and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 200 elderly CHD patients admitted to the No.2 Hospital of Baoding,Hebei Province from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group(90 cases) treated by clopidogrel bisulfate and observation group(110 cases) treated by clopidogrel bisulfate plus rosuvastatin.Improvement of cardiac function and changes of serum GDF-15 and inflammatory factors were analyzed.Results Left ventricular ejection fraction increased after treatment and it was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group[(70 ± 10)% vs (60 ± 10)%] (P <0.05).Wall motion score index decreased after treatment and it was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group [(1.05 ± 0.30) vs (1.32 ± 0.36)] (P <0.05).After treatment,serum levels of fibrinogen,GDF-15,high-sensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-2,interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 significantly decreased and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel bisulfate combined with rosuvastatin can effectively improve the cardiac function of elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and significantly reduce levels of serum GDF-15 and inflammatory factors.
