医院住院患者华法林应用情况分析

摘要

目的 分析医院住院患者华法林应用情况,从而为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 筛选首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院2014年1-6月使用华法林抗凝的住院患者112例,对其适应证、药物用量、国际标准化比值(INR)、合并用药及不良反应情况等进行回顾性分析.结果 本院华法林主要用于心房颤动、深静脉血栓等,用量范围为0.625 ～9 mg,平均日剂量(2.8±1.0)mg,INR波动范围为0.94 ～12.11,INR为2.0 ～3.0的病例占50.9％(57/112),不良反应发生率为1.8％ (2/112).结论 临床药师应在工作中分析影响华法林疗效的因素以促进其合理应用.%Objective To analyze the clinical application of warfarin in hospital.Methods Data of 112 patients administrated with warfarin from January 2014 to June 2014,including the indication,dosage,international normalized ratio (INR),combined medicines and adverse reactions,was retrospectively analyzed.Results The common indications of warfarin included atrial fibrillation and deep vein thrombosis,with a dosage of 0.625～9 mg [daily dosage (2.8 ± 1.0) mg];the INR fluctuated between 0.94 to 12.11;patients with INR between 2.0 to 3.0 accounted for 50.9％ (57/112);the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.8％ (2/112).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should analyze the factors influencing the effect of warfarin and promote the rational use of warfarin.
