子宫内膜自然杀伤细胞与不明原因自然流产的关系研究

摘要

目的 探讨子宫内膜自然杀伤(uNK)细胞与不明原因自然流产的关系.方法 选取2011年8月至2014年8月于福建医科大学附属宁德市医院行人工流产术的早期正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)和不明原因自然流产孕妇(观察组)各49例.制备蜕膜组织单个核细胞,通过流式细胞术分析2组蜕膜组织CD56+CD16-uNK、CD未CD16+ uNK细胞含量并比较2组CD56+CD16-uNK/CD56+CD16-uNK比值.结果 观察组CD56+uNK、CD56+CD16-uNK、CD56+CD16+uNK细胞含量以及CD56+CD16-uNK/CD56+CD16+uNK比值均明显低于对照组[(22±8)％比(40±8)％、(7±5)％比(19±8)％、(16±9)％比(21±9)％、(0.47 ±0.03)比(0.92±0.04)],差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 蜕膜CD56+CD16-uNK细胞减少可能是不明原因自然流产的原因之一.%Objective To explore the relationship between uterine natural killer cells (uNK) and unexplained spontaneous abortion.Methods Forty nine patients with unexplained spontaneous abortion (observation group) and 49 normal pregnant women (control group) from August 2011 to August 2014 were enrolled.The levels of CD56+CD16-uNK,CD56+CD16+ uNK and CD56+CD16-uNK/CD56+CD16+ uNK in mononuclear cells of decidua were detected by flow cytometry.Results The levels of CD56+ uNK,CD56+CD16-uNK,CD56+ CD16+ uNK and CD56+CD16-uNK/CD56+CD16+ uNK in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group [(22 ±8)％ vs (40±8)％,(7 ±5)％ vs (19 ±8)％,(16±9)％ vs (21 ±9)％,(0.47 ±0.03) vs (0.92±0.04)](P ＜ O.05).Conclusion The decrease of CD56+ CD16-uNK cells in decidua may be one of the reasons for unexplained spontaneous abortion.
