核糖体蛋白S3的核糖体外功能研究进展

摘要

Ribosomal protein is a main component of ribosome.Besides the functions on ribosome assemble and protein synthesis,ribosomal protein has additional extraribosomal functions.Ribosomal protein S3 is a component of the 40S small ribosomal subunit with extra-ribosomal function,such as participating DNA repair,gene expression regulation,apoptosis and so on.It is highly homologous in eukaryotic cell cytoplasm,it can serve as an independent player involved in the process of molecules in a variety of cells.This paper made a review on recent progresses of extraribosomal functions of ribosomal protein S3 and related research.%核糖体蛋白是组成核糖体的主要成分,其不仅在核糖体组装和蛋白质合成中起重要作用,还具有广泛的核糖体外功能.核糖体蛋白S3是核糖体40S小亚基的组成蛋白,具有核糖体外功能,在DNA损伤修复、基因表达调控、细胞凋亡等过程中发挥重要作用.真核细胞胞质核糖体蛋白S3具有高度同源性,它可以作为一个独立的分子在多种细胞进程中发挥作用.本文对核糖体蛋白S3的核糖体外功能及其相关研究进展进行综述.
