目的:应用GST基因融合蛋白系统制备核糖体蛋白质S3a(RPS3a)。方法:将S3acDNA序列插入到pGEX-4T-2质粒中,制备GST/S3a融合蛋白及其抗体。结果:S3acDNA序列在XhoI位点上插入到pGEX-4T-2质粒中,形成重组的pGEX-4T-2/S3a质粒。结论:pGEX-4T-2质粒编码GST蛋白基因,在IPTG的诱导下可以表达GST/S3a融合蛋白。为下一步实验奠定了基础。%Objective: To prepare ribosomal protein S3a (RPS3a) and itsantibody in GST gene fusion protein system. Methods: We prepared ribosomal protein S3a (RPS3a) and its antibody by inserting the S3a cDNA sequonce into pGEX-4T-2 plasmid. Results: The S3a cDNA sequonce was inserted into pGEX-4T-2 plasmid at the Xho 1 site to form the recombinant pGEX-4T-2/S3a plasmid. Conclusions: The results indicates that the ribosomal protein S3a (RPS3a) may be successfully prepared in GST gene fusion protein system.
