CT血管造影结合面动脉穿支皮瓣血管定位在面部创面修复临床应用中的研究进展

摘要

皮瓣移植的出现对于整形外科来说有着里程碑式的意义.穿支血管的变异,尤其是面动脉,限制了穿支皮瓣的临床应用.对于整形外科来说,面部缺损修复是整个学科的重中之重.为此,明确各穿支血管走行及可切取范围等,对进一步提高面动脉穿支皮瓣手术效果具有重要意义.常见的皮瓣血管走行评估方法包括超声多普勒、彩色多普勒、磁共振血管成像(MRA)、增强MRA、数字减影血管造影技术和CT血管造影(CTA).这些对面动脉穿支皮瓣血管的定位具有重要意义.本文就CTA结合面动脉穿支皮瓣血管定位在面部创面修复中的临床应用进行综述,为整形美容科的面部创面修复研究提供依据.%Skin flap transplantation is a landmark in plastic surgery.Variations of perforator vessels,especially in facial artery,limit clinical application of perforator flap.Plastic surgery for facial defects is the most important part of the whole subject;the success of facial artery perforator flap surgery has great significance in facial wound repair.Common appraisal procedures to define perforating branches and resection range of include Doppler ultrasonography,color Doppler ultrasonography,magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),enhanced MRA,digital subtraction angiography,and CT angiography(CTA).This paper reviewed advances in CT angiography combined with facial artery perforator flap vascular localization in facial wound repair.
