玉屏风口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets in treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Totally 120 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from November 2014 to November 2015 in Luqiao Hospital of Taizhou Enze Medical Center were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with theophylline sustained-release tablets.The observation group was treated with theophylline sustained-release tablets,Yupingfeng oral liquid and montelukast sodium chewable tablets.After 2 months of treatment,lung function indexes [forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC] and blood gas indexes[pH value,arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2)] were analyzed.The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,pH,PO2 and PCO2 in observation group were significantly better than those in control group after treatment[(2.3 ± 0.8) L vs (2.0 ± 0.7) L,(1.6 ± 0.5) L vs (1.4 ± 0.5) L,(71 ± 5) ％ vs (67±4)％,(7.41 ±0.05) vs (7.40±0.04),(81±5)mmHg vs (79±5)mmHg,(38.7±2.7)mmHg vs (40.4±2.5)mmHg] (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [95.0％ (57/60) vs 80.0％ (48/60)] (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is effective.%目的 探讨玉屏风口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床效果.方法 选取2014年11月至2015年11月于台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)路桥医院就诊的COPD稳定期患者共120例,按照就诊时间随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例.对照组给予茶碱缓释片0.1～0.2g,2次/d;观察组在对照组的基础上给予玉屏风口服液10 ml/次,3次/d和孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片10 mg/次,1次/d.疗程均为2个月.比较2组治疗前后的肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FvC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占FVC百分比(FEV1/FVC)]、血气分析指标[pH值、动脉血氧分压(PO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PCO2)]和疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、pH值、PO2、PCO2均明显优于对照组[(2.3±0.8)L比(2.0±0.7)L,(1.6±0.5)L比(1.4±0.5)L,(71±5)％比(67±4)％,(7.41±0.05)比(7.40±0.04),(81±5) mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa)比(79±5) mmHg,(38.7±2.7) mmHg比(40.4±2.5)mmHg](P＜0.05或P＜0.01).观察组的有效率明显高于对照组[95.0％ (57/60)比80.0％(48/60)](P＜0.01).结论 玉屏风口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗COPD稳定期疗效确切.
