目的：探讨高脂饮食与男性生育力的关系。方法2014年1~12月，在我院生殖科收治的男性不育患者中，选取50例男性不育患者进行研究，将其设置为观察组；另选取100例正常男性体检者进行对照，将其设置为对照组。对比两组受检者的高脂饮食比例，计算高脂饮食与男性生育力的相关性。筛选出男性受检者中的非高脂饮食者与高脂饮食者，分为正常饮食组和高脂饮食组，采集其精液进行检测，对比两组受检者的精子密度、精子活动力、精液黏稠度、精子存活率、精子形态正常率。结果与对照组相比，观察组的高脂饮食比例更高（P＜0.05）。经计算得出，高脂饮食与男性生育力密切相关（P＜0.05），且呈负相关。与正常饮食组相比，高脂饮食组受检者的精子密度、精子活动力、精子存活率、精子形态正常率均明显更低（P＜0.05），其精液黏稠度明显更高（P＜0.05）。结论高脂饮食与男性生育力密切相关，长期高脂饮食会使男性的精液质量下降，可能会导致男性不育的发生。%ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between high fat diet and male fertility.Methods 50 male infertility patients who were in the reproductive department of our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected as observation group, and another 100 healthy males who received physical examinations in our hospital were selected as control group. The proportions of high fat diet of the two groups were compared, and the correlation of high fat diet and male fertility was calculated. According to diets, the patients in the observation group were divided into normal diet group and high fat diet group, and received semen tests, the sperm densities, sperm activities, semen stickiness, sperm survival rates, and sperm eumorphism rates of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe proportion of high fat diet in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The calculation result indicated that, there was a closely negative correlation between high fat diet and male fertility (P<0.05). In the high fat diet group, the sperm density, sperm activity, sperm survival rate, and sperm eumorphism rate were obviously lower than those of the normal diet group (P<0.05), while the semen stickiness was obviously higher than that of the normal diet group (P<0.05).Conclusion There is a closely correlation between high fat diet and male fertility. Long-term high fat diet will cause a decline in male semen quality, which may lead to male infertility.
