药学人员在肺结核治疗过程中所起的作用

摘要

结核病已成为全球性的公共卫生问题，耐多药/广泛耐药结核病的出现和蔓延，严重阻碍了结核病防治工作的进程，部分结核病患者同时罹患糖尿病、乙型肝炎、艾滋病等基础性疾病，为结核病的治疗增加了难度。药学工作人员应密切配合临床，遵循个体化治疗方案，密切监测治疗过程中出现的不良反应，为临床提供药物治疗的建议性意见，及时调整用药方案，加强合理用药，降低医疗费用，提高肺结核的治愈率。%Tuberculosis has became global public health problem.The appearance and extensioin of multi-drug resistant or extensive resistance on tuberculosis has seriously hindered the process of prevention and cure work. The basic diseases of diabetes mellitus, hepatitis B,and AIDS etc.which has suffer from a disease on tuberculosis patients at the same time, has increased difficulty on the treatment of tuberculosis.Pharmacists should close cooperate the clinical treatment to abide by individuation therapeutic schemes, could close monitor the occurent adverse reactions during the treatment process,in order to provide suggestions on clinical drug therapy, to adjust the therapeutic scheme timely,to enhance rational drug use,to reduce the medical cost,and to improve the cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis.
