25例鞘内子宫全切术临床分析

摘要

目的:探讨鞘内子宫全切术的临床效果.方法:对25例患者采用鞘内子宫全切术,对手术时间、术中岀血量、术后排气时间等进行观察.结果:手术时间为60～80 min,术中岀血量为100～200 ml,术后24 h排气,术后无残端出血,平均住院时间为7 d.结论:鞘内子宫全切术,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,且避免了缝扎止血造成的损伤.%Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of intrathecal hysterectomy. Methods: 25 patients were treated with intrathecal hysterectomy. The surgical time, intraoperative blooding, and the anal exhaust time were observed. Results:The operative time was 60-80 min, the intraoperative blood loss was 100-200 ml, the exhaust appeared within 24 h after operation. No postoperative stump bleeding occurred. The average hospitalization time was 7 days. Conclusion: The intrathecal hysterectomy can reduce operation time, decrease blood loss and avoid the transfixion caused injury.
