HRCT对30例系统性红斑狼疮患者肺间质病变诊断分析

Objective: To investigate systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with interstitial lung disease (ILDs) in CT features and the incidence statistics. Methods: 30 cases of SLE patients were given chest radiography, high-resolution CT scan (HRCT), features of interstitial lung disease were classified. Results: HRCT diagnosis interstitial lung disease of SLE patients, the positive rate was 53％, the sensitivity was higher than chest radiography (27％). Conclusion: HRCT provides a sensftive and noninvasive tec:hnique for detecting ILDs in SLE patients.%目的:调查系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者肺间质病变的CT征象及其发生率.方法:对30例SLE患者进行胸片,高分辨 CT扫描(HRCT),对肺间质病变进行征象分类.结果:HRCT诊断SLE患者的肺间质病变的阳性率为53%,其敏感性高于胸片(27%).结论:HRCT是发现SLE患者肺间质病变较敏感的无创检查方法.
