心理护理对直肠癌结肠造口患者的影响

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing care on mental status and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer undergoing colonic fistula. Methods: 78 cases of patients with colon cancer were divided into the control group and intervention group from May 2009 to May 2010, 39 cases for each group. The patients of control group who were received routine therapy and nursing, and the patients of intervention group were received routine therapy and nursing which conducted on the basis of time interval for four months of comprehensive psychological nursing. Anxiety self rating scale (SAS) and depression self rating scale (SDS) of two groups were compared before and after psychological care. Results: After comprehensive psychological nursing, two assessment indexes of intervention group were lower than that of the control group, there were significant differences in two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Psychological care can improve psychological health of patients with rectal cancer colon mouth, and also can improve the quality of life.%目的:探讨心理护理对直肠癌结肠造口患者在生活质量以及心理状态的改善方面的影响.方法:将2009年5月～2010年5月我院78例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各39例.对照组接受常规治疗和护理,干预组在接受常规治疗和护理的基础上进行时间间隔为4个月的综合性心理护理.对两组心理护理干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行分析比较.结果:经过综合性心理护理之后,干预组的SAS为(42.89±4.60)分,SDS为(43.23±5.65)分,两个评量指标均低于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:心理护理对于直肠癌结肠造口患者的心理健康状况的改善具有促进作用,且能够提高其生活质量.
