医学研究生科研能力的培养与管理

摘要

目的 探讨现代医学研究生科研能力的培养与管理模式.方法 对首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2009~2010年在读的230名研究生进行科研能力的培养与管理模式进行了回顾性分析,并对科研成果进行科研质量把关.结果 全体研究生按时完成科研任务,科研成绩优秀,并荣获多个奖项.结论 科研诚信教育对于研究生树立正确的人生观和科研观十分重要;营造良好的学术氛围,有助于培养研究生的科研兴趣;引入竞争机制有助于提高科研质量;加强管理及科研质量把关,有助于保证研究生科研能力的稳步提高.%Objective To explore training and management mode of medical postgraduates' scientific research ability. Methods The training and management mode of the scientific research ability of 230 postgraduates in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University was retrospectively analyzed. The quality control results of the scientific research achievements were also collected and analyzed. Results All the scientific research tasks were finished on time in high quality and were awarded several awards. Conclusion Firstly, scientific integrity education is vital for postgraduates to establish the correct outlook on life and scientific research. Secondly, a good academic atmosphere is good for them to develop the interests of scientific research. Thirdly, the introduction of competition mechanism is help for the improvement of the scientific research quality. Finally, strengthening the management and the quality control of scientific research contributes a lot to the steady increase of postgraduates' scientific research ability.
