目的 观察心脑宁胶囊对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者的脑血流动力学的疗效.方法 将98例患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(48例).治疗组给予口服心脑宁胶囊,对照组给予口服尼莫地平片,疗效8周.观察治疗前后征候积分和治疗前后TCD探测的脑平均脑血流速度(Vm)的变化.结果 两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(X2=12.503,P<0.01);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较脑血流量增加(P<0.05),治疗后两组自身脑血流量与治疗前比较,脑血流量均有增加(P<0.05、P<0.01).治疗组显效率为96.0%,高于对照组的73.2%(P<0.01).结论 心脑宁胶囊能提高脑血流量,增加脑部供血,显著改善CCCI症状.%Objective To observe effect of Xinnaoning Capsule on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) in patients with cerebral hemodynamics and therapeutic effect of impression. Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (48 cases). The treatment group was given oral Xinnaoning Capsule, the control group was given oral Nimodipine Tablets, the course of treatment were 8 weeks. Symptomatic integral and TCD detection of brain mean cerebral blood flow velocity (Vm) changes were observed before and after treatment. Results there were significant difference between the total effect of two groups (x2 = 12.503, P ＜ 0.01). The cerebral blood flow of treatment group increased which compared with that of control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05 ), the levels of CBF and cerebral blood flow of two groups increased significantly after treatment compared with before (P ＜ 0.05, P ＜ 0.01). The efficiency of treatment group was 94% which higher than that of control group (73.2%) (P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion Xinnaoning Capsule can improve cerebral blood flow, increases blood supply to the brain, which can significantly improve the symptoms of CCCI.
