心脑宁胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of XinNaoNing capsule in treating coronary angina pectoris of qi-blood stagnation.Methods:182 cases of angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease patients are randomly divided into groups and control group of 80 cases of 102 cases, control group for routine management group, the treatment group in the control group treatment taking based on cardio-cerebral-Ning capsule, course is 8 weeks.Results:Angina treatment and control groups effective rate was 84.3 per cent and 67.5 (P<0.05).Primary clinical symptoms, treatment, significantly better than control groups in improving clinical symptoms (P<;0.05 orP<0.01).Comparison electrocardiogram between two improvement groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: cardio-cerebral-Ning capsule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has better effect.%目的:观察心脑宁胶囊对气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:将182 例冠心病心绞痛气滞血瘀型病人随机分为治疗组102 例和对照组80 例,对照组为常规治疗组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上服用心脑宁胶囊,疗程均为8周.结果:心绞痛疗效治疗组和对照组有效率分别为84.3 和67.5(P<0.05).主要临床症状,治疗组在改善临床症状方面明显好于对照组(P<0.05 或P<0.01).心电图两组均有改善组间比较(P>0.05).结论:心脑宁胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效.
