Adult education of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an important constituent part of adult higher education in China, which has formed a complete system in structure. It has offered mutual supplement and development with common higher education of TCM, constituted a complete higher education system of TCM in China and trained a lot of qualified TCM workers for social development and people's health. Because of many reasons, it is faced with many restraining factors of adult education of TCM in China cuirently. This paper analyzes the influenced factors, which influence the development of adult education of TCM, from the aspects of the view of running a school, strategies and environment of development, and discusses the strategies and measures for enhancing the quality of adult education of TCM.%我国中医成人教育是高等中医教育的重要组成部分,已经基本形成了完整的教育体系.它与普通高等中医教育相互补充、协调发展,共同构成了我国高等中医教育的完整体系,为社会发展和人民卫生健康事业培养了一大批合格中医工作者.但是由于多种原因,目前我国中医成人教育的发展也面临着许多制约因素.本文从办学思想、发展策略、发展环境等方面对影响中医成人教育发展的因素进行分析,并探讨提高中医成人教育质量的对策和措施.
