Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path on hospitalization expenses and satisfaction of the in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 100 cases of uterine fibroids in our hospital from December 2010 to July 2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway, two groups were compared with nursing effect. Results The cure rate between two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Hospitalization time, total cost, the incidence of complications in the observed group was significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Health knowledge rate and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical care pathway in the perioperative period of uterine fibroids can help to improve patient understanding of disease, shorten hospital stay, reduce hospital costs and improve the quality of care.%目的 探讨临床护理路径对子宫肌瘤患者住院费用及满意度的影响.方法 将我院2010年12月～2011年7月收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,均采用手术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 两组患者治愈率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组住院时间、住院总费、并发症发生率显著少于对照组(P＜0.05).且观察组的健康知识掌握率和患者的满意率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 临床护理路径可提高子宫肌瘤患者对疾病的认知,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高护理质量.
