目的 观察壳寡糖对S180小鼠Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达情况及肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响.方法 选择体内注射的方法将壳寡糖注入S180小鼠体内,用免疫组织化学法测定瘤组织Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达情况.结果 壳寡糖能降低S180小鼠瘤组织抑凋亡基因Bcl-2的表达,提高促凋亡基因Bax的表达.结论通过调节Bcl-2、Bax的表达而诱使肿瘤细胞凋亡是壳寡糖抗肿瘤作用机制之一.%Objective To observe the effects of chitosan oligosaccharide on the protein expression of Bcl-2, Bax and the apoptosis of tumor cell of S180 tumor cell in mice. Methods The expression of apoptosis-related proteins (Bcl-2 and Bax) was determined by the method of immunohistochemistry after chitosan oligosaccharide was injected into the mice-bearing tumor. Results The expression of antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2 was reduced and the expression of proapoptotic protein Bax was increased by chitosan oligosaccharide. Conclusion Inducing the tumor cell apoptosis is one of the mechanism of action on chitosan oligosaccharide anti-tumor by regulating the expression of Bcl-2, Bax protein.
