艾迪联合长春瑞滨和顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of Aidi combined with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its side effects. Methods 70 patients with NSCLC from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 35 cases. Control group was treated with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin,observation group was treated with Aidi on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate,disease control rate,improvement rate of quality life and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 48.57% in observation group,and 42.86% in control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05),while the disease control rate in observation group was 82.86%,significantly higher than control group (57.14%) (P < 0.05). Improvement rate of quality life in observation group was 57.14%,25.71% in control group,the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of white blood cells and platelets decrease was significantly lower in observation group compared with the control group (P < 0.05),while the incidence of liver dysfunction and gastrointestinal reactions was no significant different (P > 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Aidi combined with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin is obvious,which helps to improve the quality of life and reduce adverse drug reactions.%目的 观察艾迪联合长春瑞滨和顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及其毒副作用.方法选择2010年1月～2011年12月就诊的NSCLC患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例.对照组予以长春瑞滨和顺铂治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上予以艾迪治疗,观察两组的总有效率、疾病控制率、生活质量改善率和不良反应发生率.结果观察组的总有效率为48.57%,对照组为42.86%,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05).而观察组的疾病控制率为82.86%,较对照组(57.14%)明显提高(P < 0.05).观察组的生活质量改善率为57.14%,而对照组为25.71%,观察组较对照组明显提高(P < 0.05).观察组的白细胞和血小板减少发生率较对照组明显降低(P < 0.05),而两组肝功能损害和胃肠道反应的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05).结论艾迪联合长春瑞滨和顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效显著,有助于提高患者的生活质量,降低药物的不良反应.
