神经外科研究生临床带教现存问题分析与基于PDCA循环增进模式探讨

         

摘要

Objective: To explore the enhancement of clinical teaching quality in cultivating neurosurgical postgraduates through establishing Deming cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Action, PDCA) enhancement mode and analyzing the existing problems in the clinical teaching of neurosurgical post graduates. Methods: Using problem as the guidance to formulate Deming cycle (PDCA) enhancement measure for postgraduates who learned in the department of neurosurgery of Beijing Tiantan Hospital of Capital Medical University, so as to improve the clinical teaching quality. Results: From 2012 to 2017, the clinical teaching work of 11 postgraduates were completed, and the passing rates both of the medical practitioners qualification examination and the postgraduate clinical ability check were 100%. Conclusion: The PDCA cycle enhancement mode is an effective path to solve the problems, that postgraduate of neurosurgery pay more attention to scientific research but not clinical work, and to enhance their clinical ability. It is beneficial to joint with the training mode of "double track in one".%目的:分析神经外科研究生临床带教的现存问题,探讨通过建立戴明循环(PDCA)增进模式提升神经外科研究生培养中的临床教学质量.方法:以问题为导向,对在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科一病房学习的神经外科专业学位硕士研究生,制定计划(Plan)、实践(Do)、评价(Check)、反馈与纠正(Action)的PDCA增进措施,以提升带教水平.结果:2012年至2017年间,共完成11名研究生的临床带教工作,执业医师资格考试和研究生临床能力考核两项反映临床教学效果指标的通过率均为100%.结论:PDCA增进模式是解决目前研究生重科研轻临床等问题、提升其临床能力的有效路径,有利于与"双轨合一"培养模式对接.
