In view of different-level students' characteristics, teaching requirements and actuality of ophthalmological teaching resources, we made exploratory practice regarding teaching according to students' conditions, enhancing their interest, enriching connotation and guiding career requirements to meet needs of different-level students. Satisfactory results have been achieved.
