眼科临床带教中差异教学思维初探

摘要

为培养合格的眼科专业人员,提出差异教学观点.同时针对不同层次学生特点和教学要求,结合眼科教学资源现状,从因材施教、强化兴趣、丰富内涵、指导职业需求四个方面进行了实践,以满足不同层次学生的需求,取得了较好的教学效果.%The paper proposes a differential teaching thought for producing qualified ophthalmologists of different levels. In view of different-level students' characteristics, teaching requirements and actuality of ophthalmological teaching resources, we made exploratory practice regarding teaching according to students' conditions, enhancing their interest, enriching connotation and guiding career requirements to meet needs of different-level students. Satisfactory results have been achieved.
