关于提高进修医师骨髓形态学教学效果的体会

摘要

Morphological examination of bone marrow cells is a common and basic method in blood disease diagnosis.According to the characteristics of the content,we adopt various teaching strategies to enhance refresher doctors'comprehension of bone marrow cell morphology and increase their observation and analysis abilities.We hope to lay a solid foundation for refresher doctors to develop morphological examination of bone marrow cells in their clinical units.%骨髓细胞形态学检查是诊断血液病最常用和最基本的方法。文章针对该部分内容的特点，采用灵活多变的教学策略，增强进修医师对骨髓细胞形态学的理解，提高他们的观察和分析能力，从而为进修医师更好地开展临床骨髓细胞形态检验工作打下坚实的基础。
