不同临床专业住院医师对规范化培训内容满意度的现状调查

摘要

我国住院医师规范化培训制度正在逐步实施和完善，但与国际上较为成熟的住院医师规范化培训制度相比，其仍处于初级阶段。文章通过对不同临床专业住院医师对现阶段规范化培训内容的满意程度现状调查，为构建适应我国现阶段住院医师规范化培养模式以及建立科学、实用的培养体系提供证据和参考。%Standardized training system for clinical residents is being gradually implemented and improved in our country.However,compared with more mature international medical education,it is still in its infancy.This paper aims to understand the current situation of the satisfaction of standardized training content by clinical residents in different clinical specialties so as to establish a standardized resident training mode suitable for the present stage in China and provide evidence and reference for establishing a scientific and practical training system.
