质谱仪在乳腺癌生物标记物研究中的应用

         

摘要

Breast cancer is a kind of common malignant tumor threatening women's health.At present,histopathological factor is the main clinical basis for breast cancer forecast and treatment.Discovery and confirmation of biomarkers based on clinical proteomics study has gradually become the mainstream of breast cancer research,which greatly enhances clinical understanding of molecular mechanism of breast cancer,and promotes the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.This article mainly reriewed the application progress of mass spectrometry in the study of breast cancer biomarkers.Firstly,it introduced basic concept of proteomics based on mass spectrometry,then detailed the latest research progress on mass spectrometry techniques and related application in breast cancer biomarker research,furthermore it also listed some potential breast cancer biomarkers with mass spectrometry as well as their application prospect.Finally,the limitations and future development trend of mass spectrometry in breast cancer biomarker study were also discussed.%乳腺癌是一种威胁女性健康的常见恶性肿瘤,目前临床上主要依据组织病理学要素对乳腺癌进行病情预测和治疗.以生物标记物的发现和确认为核心的临床蛋白质组学研究逐渐成为了乳腺癌研究的主流方向,这大大提升了临床对乳腺癌分子机理的认识,并推动了对乳腺癌的临床诊断及预后.本文主要对质谱仪在乳腺癌生物标记物研究中的应用进展进行综述.首先介绍了基于质谱的蛋白质组学的基本概念,然后具体阐述了质谱技术中的一些最新研究进展以及相关技术在乳腺癌生物标记物研究中的应用,并且还分析了一些利用质谱技术寻找到的潜在乳腺癌生物标记物及其应用前景,最后对质谱技术应用于该领域的局限性以及未来发展趋势进行了展望.
