多摄像机视觉检测大范围布置方法及其数据拼接

         

摘要

To inspect large objects by multi-vision,the cameras needed be moved or rotated their positions and view angles to get large area inspection results. It was proposed a method that the location and attitude of cameras were arranged in advance to cover large area object.First,the best precision and clarity zone of binocular cameras were specified.Then,three constraints of layout were given.Based on parallel arrangement,the layouts of cameras were performed outside a plane. The data obtained in plane layout of cameras was registered by a high resolution camera outside overlapped area which detected agency calibration target.At last,the registration experiments were carried out by two calibration boards.The results show that the largest registration area is 1.98m×1.30m,in which,it can be arranged over 40 binoculars.The calibration error is less than 0.07mm,and the registration error is less than 0.1mm.The results meet the needs of large area visual inspection.The presented method is a resolution of conflict between large scope and high precision.%在对较大物体进行视觉检测时,需要移动或转动摄像机视角以获得大范围检测结果,针对此,提出预先进行空间多摄像机位置与视角布置以检测大范围物体表面的方法。确定双目系统最佳清晰度与精度区域,指出多摄像机空间布置所需满足的三个约束条件;依照平行交叠排列方式进行了平面多摄像机的布置,讨论了摄像机拍摄图像在平面布置下的数据拼接方法,推导了以外围大分辨率摄像机为中介的局部数据转换方法;利用双标定板对平面布置中两相邻双目系统进行了数据拼接实验,结果表明,平面布置的最大覆盖范围为1.98m×1.30m。标定最大误差小于0.0
