针对传统机电产品设计模式难以在一个优化过程中综合考虑机械零件、机械系统和控制系统之间相互影响的不足,基于多体动力学、有限元、拓扑优化和 PID控制,采用联合仿真,提出了包括零件优化、机械系统优化和控制器优化在内的机电系统协同优化方法;基于MATLAB、ANSYS和 Tosca给出了优化过程的软件实现框架;通过一个柔性受控曲柄连杆机构验证了所提出的协同优化方法的有效性。%In order to solve the problems of interactions among mechanical parts,mechanical sys-tem and control system which was hard to be considered in a traditional mechatronic product design process,based on multi-body dynamics,finite element analysis,topological optimization and PID control,a collaborative optimization method for mechatronic products was presented using co-simu-lation methods,which included part optimization,mechanical system optimization and controller.Based on MATLAB,ANSYS and Tosca,the software framework of the optimization process was given.And the effectiveness was verified by using a controlled crank-connecting rod mechanism with flexible connecting rod.
