轿车用薄板焊接结构疲劳性能研究

摘要

薄板焊接结构的抗疲劳设计是轿车底盘结构件设计开发中的主要难题，充分理解并掌握薄板焊接结构的疲劳性能是进行焊缝抗疲劳设计的基础。通过一系列的薄板焊接结构疲劳性能试验研究，总结出了焊缝疲劳性能受焊接母材材料强度、母材厚度、焊接制造工艺等因素影响的普遍规律，从而为薄板焊接结构的抗疲劳设计打下了基础。%The fatigue evaluation of metal active gas (MAG)-welded thin-sheet structure is the main problem for chassis structure design,fully understand and master the fatigue property of thin-sheet structure is the foundation to predict the fatigue life.Through a series of sheet welded structure fatigue tests,some laws were summarized,that shows the effects of sheet metal strength,sheet metal thickness and welding manufacturing process on the weld fatigue performance,it makes a solid foun-dation for MAG-welded thin-sheet structure fatigue resistance design.
