For the over-speed reliability problem of turbine of turbocharger for vehicle applica-tions,the stress and critical position of turbine with over-speed failure mode were analyzed.With the reliability model of turbine with over-speed failure mode,the reliability of original turbine was evalua-ted.Then,through the structural optimization design,the method for reliability growth of turbine with over-speed failure mode was studied.According to the parameters of stress and strength of im-proved turbine,the reliability of improved turbine with over-speed failure mode was studied,and the reliability growth effectiveness of turbine was analyzed.Finally,the reliability was verified qualitative-ly by the structural endurance test of turbocharger in a test bench.The results show that the reliabili-ty of improved turbine with over-speed failure mode increases obviously and it can meet the operation requirements of turbocharger.%针对某型车用增压器涡轮存在的超速可靠性不高的问题,分析涡轮超速破坏应力与失效危险部位,运用涡轮超速破坏可靠度计算模型对原涡轮的超速可靠性进行评价。在此基础上,从结构优化的角度出发,研究涡轮的可靠性增长措施。根据改进后涡轮的超速应力与强度参数,研究改进后涡轮的超速可靠性,分析涡轮的超速可靠性增长效果,并通过涡轮增压器结构耐久性考核试验进行定性试验验证。研究结果表明,改进后的涡轮超速可靠性明显提高,能够满足涡轮增压器的使用要求。
