铝合金电刷镀与激光微加工耦合制备超疏水表面及其特性

         

摘要

A superhydrophobic surface on aluminum alloys substrates was fabricated by brush plating and laser processing technology.The special microstructure surface was clearly uniformly cov-ered by many convex hull and grooves arrangement.It is found that the sample surface has low adhe-sion performance without any chemical modified.The water contact angle of the fabricated surface is up to 156°and sliding angle is about 4.8°.In addition,the superhydrophobic surface has anisotropy (the direction of vertical groove and parallel groove)in sliding.The studies of the stability properties of superhydrophobic surface under different temperature environments show that,the contact angle of the superhydrophobic surface may also reaches 138° under the low temperature conditions.It has shown excellent anti-icing performance.The corrosion inhibition property of superhydrophobic coating in 3.5% NaCl solution is examined by Tafel curve measurement,and results show that,the special surface structure of aluminum alloy corrosion resistant value improves 3 orders of magnitude.%通过电刷镀与激光微加工技术相耦合的方法,在铝合金表面制备出一种微观尺度凸包与沟槽相互排列的特殊结构。未经任何疏水修饰的情况下,得到了一种低黏附性的超疏水表面,其静态接触角达到156°,滚动角约为4.8°,并且表面在滚动性方面表现出各向(平行沟槽方向和垂直沟槽方向)异性。所制备的表面对高温环境具有较好的稳定性,低温条件下也保持在接近138°较大接触角的疏水状态,且在抗结冰方面表现出优异的性能。通过3.5%(质量分数)NaCl 溶液的 Tafel 曲线测量发现,基体被耦合方法处理后腐蚀阻抗平均提高3个数量级。
