基于VR技术的液压多路阀虚拟装配系统研究

     

摘要

以VR技术为核心,针对当前工程机械维修培训现状,在CAD技术基础上,设计构建液压多路阀虚拟装配系统。首先由UG、3Ds MAX建造多路阀零部件的三维实体模型并导入Virtools平台,然后重点研究互动装配实现过程的几项关键技术,最终完成交互式的多路阀虚拟装配系统。实践结果表明:该系统具有真实感强、交互性好、应用面广的特点,能够满足工厂培训和学校教学的需求。%Regarding VR technology as a core,in view of the current status of the maintenance training of engineering machinery, the virtual assembly system for hydraulic multiple unit valve was developed based on the advanced CAD technology. At first,the 3D solid models of hydraulic multiple unit valveˊs components were built by using UG and 3Ds MAX and put into Virtools platform. Then several key technologies of interactive assembly process were discussed. Finally, interactive virtual assembly system for hydraulic multiple unit valve was completed. The practice results indicate that, the system has the characteristics of strong sense of reality, excellent interaction,wide application range.It can meet the needs of factory training and school teaching.
