儿童皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤1例

摘要

A 7-year-male patient presented with plaque on right thigh for 3 months, without obvious sub￣jective symptom and constitutional symptoms. The temperature of lesion was higher than normal. Biopsy showed the atypical lymphoid cells surrounded each single fat cell to form a specific lace-like structure. Im￣munohistochemistry showed CD3(+) ,CD4(+) ,CD68(+) ,perforin(+) . The diagnosis of subcutaneous pan￣niculitis-like T-Cell lymphoma was made.%患儿,男,7岁。右股部红色浸润性斑块3个月,表面皮温较正常皮肤高,无破溃,无明显自觉症状,无发热等全身症状。组织病理示非典型淋巴细胞围绕单个脂肪细胞形成特征性的花边样结构。免疫组织化学：CD3(＋),CD4(＋),CD68(＋),穿孔素(＋)。诊断为皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤。
