MyD88、NF-κB 及 TNF-α在梅毒患者血清中的表达

摘要

目的：检测髓样分化因子88(MyD88)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在梅毒患者血清中的表达。方法：采用 ELISA 方法检测82例临床确诊的一期及二期梅毒患者与48名正常人血清 MyD88、NF-κB 和 TNF-α水平。结果：82例梅毒患者血清中 MyD88、NF-κB 及 TNF-α水平均高于正常对照组，两者比较差异均有显著性(P<0.001)。结论： MyD88、NF-κB 和 TNF-α可能与 TP 感染机体后的免疫应答有关。%To measure the expression of MyD-88, NF-κB and TNF-α in the sera of patients with syphilis. Methods: Eighty-two patients with syphilis and forty eight healthy controls were recruited into the study. The expression of MyD-88, NF-κB and TNF-α were measured with ELISA. Results: The levels of MyD88, NF-κB and TNF-α in patients with syphilis were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.001). Conclusion: MyD88 and NF-κB may play a part of role in the immune response to treponema pallidum infection.
