品管圈在急诊创伤专科医院Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药管理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨品管圈在急诊创伤专科医院Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药管理中的应用,以提高应用抗菌药物的合理性.方法 成立品管圈小组,确立活动主题,通过多部门共同参与,以PDCA循环管理方式为基础,按品管圈的步骤遵循计划、实施、确认与处置的基本过程开展活动,以达到持续改进的效果.结果 实施品管圈活动后,Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药不合理使用从262例降至122例,医护人员对Ⅰ类切口预防应用抗菌药物的认知率也得到有效提升.结论 品管圈活动促进Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药的合理应用,适用于急诊创伤专科医院抗菌药的管理.%objective To explore the role of quality control circles in reasonable preventive usage of antibacterial drugs in Ⅰ class incision surgery in emergency trauma specialist hospital.Methods Set up quality control circles team,establish activity theme,,cooperate with multidisciplines,manage,in PDCA cycle,follow the steps of qc circles including planning,implementation,verification and disposal activities.Results After the implementation of quality management circle activity,unreasonable usage rate of antimicrobials decreased from 262 cases to 122 cases,while correct cognition rate of preventive usage of antimicrobials was remarkably improved.Conclusions Quality control circle is beneficial to reasonable preventive usage of antimicrobials in Ⅰ class incision surgery,and suitable for management of antimicrobials.in emergency trauma specialist hospital
