探讨白癜风丸配合吡美莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床效果

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the effects of Baidianfeng pil together with Pimecrolimus cream in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 85 cases of vitiligo patients in our hospital were selected, according to different methods of treatment they were included in the observation group (43 cases) and control group (42 cases).Control group used pimecrolimus cream for treatment,based on which the observation group added Baidianfeng pil for treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was 90.7%,the total effective rate of control group was 78.6%,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);both two groups did not exist serious adverse reactions.Conclusion In the treatment of vitiligo,the combination therapy of Baidianfeng pil and Pimecrolimus cream is safe and effective.%目的：观察并分析白癜风丸与吡美莫司软膏的联合疗法在白癜风的治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的85例白癜风患者，依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组（43例）与对照组（42例）。对照组使用吡美莫司软膏进行治疗，在对照组基础上，观察组加用白癜风丸。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.7%，对照组的治疗总有效率为78.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均不存在严重的不良反应。结论在白癜风的治疗中，白癜风丸与吡美莫司软膏的联合疗法安全有效。
