低分子肝素在新生儿败血症治疗中的应用价值探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis. Methods Chose a total 84 cases of neonatal sepsis were randomly divided into two groups,of 42 cases each group. In the control group were given antibiotic anti-infection and symptomatic treatment,the experimental group whereas grven the low molecular weight heparin,then compared to the two groups. Results The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Antibiotics and LMWH for therapy can reduce mortality in children,improve the therapeutic effect,and treatment had no significant adverse reactions.%目的：探讨新生败血症患儿使用低分子肝素治疗的应用价值。方法选择新生儿败血症共84例并随机分为两组各42例，对照组给予抗生素抗感染及对症治疗，实验组则在此基础上加以低分子肝素治疗，对比两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论抗生素联合低分子肝素治疗能降低患儿病死率，提升治疗效果，并且治疗无不良反应。
