血型检测中ABO血型正反定型不符资料的临床报道

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the detection of ABO blood type incompatible blood group positive and negative stereotypes causes and solutions.Methods 86 patients from January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital laboratory,and their ABO blood group detection of positive and negative didn,t match,as the research objects. ResultsThe antibody reduced and condensed set was positive and negative stereotypes lead to ABO-incompatible main reason,and for other reasons had not significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion The cause of blood to detect discrepancies in ABO blood group is mainly due to positive and negative stereotypes autoantibodies weaken and specimen colection condensate.%目的：探讨血型检测中ABO血型正反定型不符的产生原因及其解决措施。方法选取2014年1月～2015年10月我院检验科行ABO血型检测中正反定型不符患者86例，作为研究对象。对所有标本进行洗涤、更改反应温度、吸收放散、直接抗人球蛋白实验、间接抗人球蛋白实验及血型检测物质等实验分析，研究产生ABO血型正反定型不符的原因，并研究其相关解决策略。结果抗体减弱及冷凝集是导致ABO血型正反定型不符的主要原因，与其他原因比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论造成血型检测中ABO血型正反定型不符的主要原因是自身抗体减弱以及标本冷凝集，因此对于ABO血型正反定型不符的血液标本应采用多种血型血清学检测方法进行互相验证，以提高血型检测的准确度。
