The present invention relates to a composition for ABO blood typing of rhesus monkeys and a blood typing method using the same, wherein the composition comprises primers capable of specifically detecting an SNP of a gene, which determines ABO blood types of rhesus monkeys, by using a polymerase chain reaction.
