康复治疗改善脑卒中偏瘫患者综合功能的临床研究

摘要

目的：探究分析康复治疗改善脑卒中偏瘫患者综合功能恢复的临床价值。方法选择2011年6月～2014年6月本院收治的240例患者为观察对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者给予康复治疗，对照组患者不给予康复治疗，对比两组患者综合功能改善情况。结果实验组患者的综合功能恢复情况显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论科学、有效、规范的康复治疗能够促进脑卒中偏瘫患者综合功能的恢复。%ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value analysis rehabilitation stroke patients improve the comprehensive functional recovery.MethodsJune 2011~June 2014 period, the hospital treated 240 patients were observed randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group were treated with rehabilitation therapy, the control group of patients not given rehabilitation, contrast two groups of patients comprehensive functions to improve the situation.Results Comprehensive functional recovery of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionScientific, effective and standardized rehabilitation therapy can promote the recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia integrated functions.
