目的：探讨人工髋关节置换术围手术期综合优质护理的效果，以提高人工髋关节置换术的效果，减少术后并发症。方法入选我院60例全髋关节置换术患者，随机分为对照组和干预组，每组各30人，对照组给予骨科常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予综合优质护理，包括心理指导、康复指导、肌力训练以及疼痛护理，观察比较两组患者的生存质量评分。结果术前两组患者的生存质量评分比较无统计学差异（P>0.05），术后干预组的生存质量评分高于对照组[（53.43±6.34）vs.（43.23±3.23），P<0.05]。结论综合优质护理可以提高人工髋关节置换术患者术后的恢复，改善其生活质量。%Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care in the replacement of artificial hip joint,in order to improve the effect of manual hip replacement,reduce the postoperative complications. Methods 60 patients with total hip replacement in our hospital were selected randomly into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with conventional nursing,the intervention group patients were treated with high quality nursing care on the basis of routine nursing,including psychological guidance,rehabilitation guidance, strength training as wel as the pain nursing. The survival quality scores of two groups were observed and compared. Results The differences of preoperative quality of life scores between two groups were not significant(P>0.05). The quality of life scores in the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group postoperatively[(53.43±6.34)vs.(43.23±3.23),P<0.05]. Conclusion The high quality of nursing care can improve recovery of patients with artificial hip replacement,and improve the quality of life significantly.
