苯巴比妥联合地西泮治疗小儿惊厥效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨苯巴比妥联合地西泮治疗小儿惊厥的临床效果。方法选取我院小儿惊厥患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，其中，对照组给予苯巴比妥治疗，观察组给予苯巴比妥联合地西泮治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果两组患者均在1 h内临床治愈，观察组患儿30 min治疗有效率83.33%（25例），对照组66.67%（20例），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿复发率为3.33%（1例），对照组10%（3例）；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论苯巴比妥联合地西泮治疗小儿惊厥患者，可提高临床治疗效果，降低复发率，减少不良反应和并发症，可作为小儿惊厥的理想治疗模式。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phenobarbital combined with diazepam in treating infantile convulsion.MethodsSelect 60 cases of febrile convulsion in children patients in our hospital,the control group received phenobarbital treatment,the observation group was treated with phenobarbital combined with diazepam treatment. To observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results Two patients were clinicaly cured in 1 hours,30 minutes of observation group with the effective rate of the treatment of 83.33% 66.67% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The treatment of patients with febrile convulsion in children with phenobarbital combined with diazepam, can be used as the ideal mode of treatment infantile convulsion.
