临床分析输血检验流程的环节质量控制

摘要

Objective To study the analysis of problems related to transfusion inspection process quality control. Methods To carry out transfusion inspection process quality control based on the 100 cases of transfusion patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, the control group adopted conventional blood transfusion, blood transfusion observation group adopt environmental quality control, were analyzed according to the situation of the two groups of blood transfusion. Results In the observation group, infectious disease incidence and disputes rate lower than the control group. Conclusion The patients received blood transfusions, to regulate the quality of transfusion testing process each link, can reduce the occurrence probability of clinical infectious diseases, avoid the medical dispute, let blood transfusions in patients with more safe and effective, can be widely used in clinical.%目的：研究分析输血检验流程的质量控制相关问题。方法根据我院2013年至2014年的100例输血患者来进行输血检验流程的质量控制，将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组，对照组采取常规输血，观察组采取输血环境质量控制，根据两组的输血情况进行分析。结果观察组患者的传染病发生率和纠纷发生率比对照组低。结论患者接受输血治疗是，对输血检验流程各环节质量进行调控，能够降低临床传染病发生几率，避免医疗纠纷，让患者的输血治疗更加安全有效，临床中可以广泛的使用。
